We are currently hiring for Pega Certified Lead Business Architects & Pega Certified Senior Business Architects. *Must be currently in the U.S. and be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. • You have 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with professional services and/or consulting
• You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a related field

DAILY ACTIVITES

• Provide expertise on requirements and design based on Pega platform capabilities.
• Understand the business process and business requirements of the customer and translate them to requirements artifacts e.g., User Stories.
• Bridge gaps between IT and Business.
• Develop top notch deliverables across all phases of the project.
• Hone your consultative skills & experience to influence the end client\'s direction.
• Drive expertise and collaborate with SMEs across the business to ensure that the results of the delivered solution are aligned with customer requirements.
• Mentor and train business stakeholders in Pega functionality.
• Follow standards & best practices.
