Position: Pega Developer (LSA certified)

Location: Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with LSA Part 1 certification (certificate must be visible on the official Pega portal). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Pega design, development, and solution delivery, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Pega-based enterprise applications in alignment with business needs. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Perform code reviews, optimize existing solutions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Participate in system analysis, estimation, and design sessions. Ensure compliance with Pega best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Pega development and implementation. Pega LSA Part 1 certification (must be verifiable on the Pega portal). Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, case management, and decisioning. Experience in Pega integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Connectors, and Services). Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD concepts. Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
