As a

Behavior Technician

, you will provide

1:1 play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

to help children develop essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Through

positive reinforcement and structured interventions

, you'll empower our "kiddos" to build independence and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do:





Support Children Through Personalized Play Therapy - Use evidence-based ABA techniques to help children learn essential life skills. Promote Positive Behavioral Growth - Implement interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and create a structured, supportive learning environment. Track and Drive Progress - Collect behavioral data to measure success and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with Families - Work closely with parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across home, school, and community settings. Bring Treatment Plans to Life - Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with precision and care. Maintain Clear Communication - Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA and collaborate on strategies for optimal outcomes. #

Qualifications:





Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disorders preferred but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to upholding the RBT Ethics Code. Ability to pass a background check and occupational health screening. #

Physical & Environmental Requirements:





Active & Engaged Work - Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and bending. Hands-On Support - Lifting up to 50-75 lbs may be required. Quick Reflexes - Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions. Loud or Noisy Environments - Working with active children in dynamic settings. Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids - Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents. #

Monday-Friday, day shift No nights or weekends!

Compensation & Benefits:





Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.65 per hour (based on experience, certification and education) #
