About us



Inspire Therapy is an organization in Leavenworth providing individualized therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our behavior technician team has the support of Behavior Analysts, qualified autism service provider supervisors, Occupational therapists, and Speech pathologists.

Inspire Therapy

is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and teens with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities through individualized learning programs. Our RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts and assistant analysts. We work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide the best supports possible to each learner.

We aim to provide quality, fun and compassionate learning opportunities for our clients. Our leadership team places a heavy emphasis on learning through play. Whether we are teaching beginning language, social-emotional skills, or advanced conversation skills, our team allows the child to lead the learning.

Registered Behavior Technician Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent Associate's Degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field preferred but not required*

Willingness to complete a PAID 40-hour training program and take computer-based exam for certification, or valid RBT certificate.

Experience working with children Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility Must be able to sit, crouch, stand, and play on the floor for up to 20 minutes at a time. Must be able to successfully pass a 10-year criminal background check.

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:



Direct implementation individualized teaching plans Implementation of ABA therapy techniques Communicate regularly and effectively with case supervisors Complete daily progress notes using electronic records system Collect data on program implementation daily Communicate directly with parents before and after therapy sessions Assist in light cleaning of clinic
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
