We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at SVNA Home Assistance. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical home care services to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Our company is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Help clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Accompany clients on errands and appointments Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

Experience working with the elderly preferred, however, will train the right candidate Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed Ability to comply with companies policies

Work Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available, including days, evenings, and weekends If seeking full time hours, weekend availability is required (rotating basis)
