We are urgently hiring compassionate and dedicated PCA (Personal Care Assistant) Caregivers to join our team full-time and part-time! Responsibilities

Provide personal care support including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Administer medication and monitor vital signs under supervision, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans. Assist residents with mobility aids like Hoyer lifts and help with transfers safely. Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, utilizing specialized techniques for behavior management and engagement. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Drive residents when needed for appointments or community outings, ensuring safe transportation practices.
Requirements

Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care is highly preferred. Knowledge of caregiving techniques including assisting with ADLs, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or Alzheimer's care. Certifications such as first aid are a plus; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is appreciated. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is advantageous. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently and accurately document care activities. Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities; clean driving record preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards residents' needs.
