We are seeking a licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with insurance solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
Present and explain insurance policies, including coverage options and benefits.
Negotiate terms of insurance contracts to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy renewals.
Provide ongoing support to clients regarding claims and policy changes.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to enhance sales strategies.

Self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
1-2 years of related professional experience
Strong verbal communication skills; experience with telephone systems
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Strong data-entry skills/proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as confidence navigating websites.
Excellent customer service skills
Organized and team-oriented
Detail oriented
Knowledge of Applied Systems a plus but not required

Pay: $25,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
