Summary

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our dynamic team at Capital Group Enterprises in the heart of the insurance services industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client experiences. We need people to perform both cold and warm outbound calls and to run auto insurance quotes in our systems.

Responsibilities

Perform outbound calls as a sales person Run auto insurance quotes & other p&c insurance quotes Be proficient in computers and quick with little errors Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and marketing strategies. Help maintain accurate records and documentation for internal processes. Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve service offerings.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in analysis skills with an ability to interpret data effectively. Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
