Job Description

: This position will support the PBWM SOX Team to ensure the effective governance, oversite, reporting and execution of SOX processes Responsibilities:

• Support the SOX program requirements sponsored by the SOX Program Office (SPO)
• Aid in the establishment in developing periodic and ad-hoc, SOX risk and control process reviews aligned with Finance and associated Operational Risk Management (ORM) guidelines to assess overall control efficacy.
• Support/establish recurring meetings and other interactions to monitor and support the execution of the SOX program.
• Support Citi\xe2\x80\x99s 10K reporting requirements and the annual attestation process.
• Working closely with business to track, monitor and remediate any SOX issues.
• Review activities, risk, controls and monitoring (ARCMs) to ensure proper SOX tagging and all descriptions are properly written (5 Ws) and kept current.
• Aid in the development of materials for presentation to Senior Management
• Facilitate walkthrough meetings with control owners to develop process maps
• Research and respond to questions for control deficiencies, other issues, and/or remediation plans
• Aid in the completion and maintenance of RCMs
• Support the annual QA process for current SOX ARCMs (MCA Standards, rationale)
• Support the completion of the quarterly QA process for newly flagged or new SOX ARCMs
• Aid in the annual and ad-hoc procedure updates, as required

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple deliverables
• Effective verbal and written communication with attention to detail: must be able to compose and deliver business documents, such as senior management presentations, governance reports, executive summaries, business cases, business/process requirements
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with a multi-location team structure

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in Operational Risk
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree, Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
