Citibank, N.A. seeks a Compliance Risk Management Sr Officer for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Lead technology and data initiatives for the management of compliance risk across the organization. Work with business units, control functions, as well as other Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) product and functional stakeholders, to establish internal strategies, procedures, processes and best in class systems and architecture that enables a robust compliance risk management framework. Lead concurrent projects and manage delivery, partnering closely with technology teams. Work with stakeholders to design and develop technology and data solutions that enable internal business units and functions to effectively identify, measure and monitor compliance risk. Support the identification and implementation of analytical tools to improve data quality and the timely remediation of issues and enhance the department\xe2\x80\x99s data related capabilities to derive quality compliance risk insights. Participate in building out Citi\xe2\x80\x99s compliance technology and data strategy, as well as support with preparing materials and analysis that further improve the technology and data program. Assist in the preparation of materials for regulators and internal audits as part of ongoing supervision and targeted audit exams.

Requirements: Requires at minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years of progressive experience as a Compliance Risk Officer, Operational Risk Officer, Management Associate, Project Lead, or related position involving project management for financial service institutions. 7 years of experience must include: Project Management and Stakeholders\' Management; Financial Data analysis; Software development life cycle (SDLC) tools: Agile, Waterfall; and Financial Data Management. 1 year of experience must include: Risk Management.
