Our vendor payments team is seeking motivated individuals help review vendor payments and provide support in troubleshooting payment issues. This is a remote position. The Payments Operations Specialist role would be great for someone with restaurant or food retail bookkeeping or admin experience. Someone who is passionate about accuracy and is detail-oriented, a good problem-solver.   • Follow established procedures for submitting new Bill Pay clients to be enrolled for VCC payments with CorPay.
  • Record the CorPay CustID values in ME for each unit once enrollment is completed.
  • Perform data entry in ME to keep Central Vendors updated with VCC enrollment/exclusion status

  • Understanding of ACH and VCC
  • Equally valuable as an independent worker and team contributor
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment 
  • Available to work during normal EST business hours, M-F
