Minimum but not limited to 2 months in-office training Monday through Friday at 4900 Rivergrade Rd. Irwindale, CA 91706. Post-training schedule is hybrid; in-office every Wednesday and remote M, T, Th, Fri.
Schedule: 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 4:30pm during training. Post-training start time is negotiable between 6:00am and 8:30am. Position Overview:
Posts payments, transfers any remaining balances to the appropriate party, and makes any needed adjustments. Applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts based on explanation of benefits and contractual guidelines. Balances transactions posted to the billing system. Employee will be responsible for posting manual and electronic insurance payments in a fast-paced team environment. See attached JD for additional details. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of experience with insurance payment posting and follow-up to patient accounts in professional billing. Must have extensive knowledge at reading and interpreting insurance EOBs. EPIC billing system experience is a plus. Minimum Education: \xe2\x80\x82\xe2\x80\x82\xe2\x80\x82\xe2\x80\x82
