We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Transporter to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transit. Your ability to provide excellent patient care and support will contribute significantly to the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
Safely transport patients to and from various appointments outside of the facility. Monitor patients during transport for any signs of distress or discomfort and report any changes to nursing staff. Maintain a clean and organized transport area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely patient transfers.
Requirements
Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to handling patients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good driving record.
