Job Description
The Patient Service Representative greets patients in a pleasant manner; answer telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and knowledge to schedule appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)Experience
: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.Shift:
Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed. Hours are Monday - Friday. Shifts starting from 6:00 am - 9:00 a.m. ending at 5:30 p.m.#
