Patient Coordinator / Front Desk

INJX BY NAT LLC is seeking a highly organized and personable Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential, as you will be the first person our potential patients speak to and the face of our brand.

Applicants must be comfortable commuting between both our Cranford, NJ and Morristown, NJ locations.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones, returning calls, emails, and text inquiries

Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments

Calling and following up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments

Checking patients in and out and gathering all necessary information

Processing and documenting payments

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times

Keeping front desk and waiting areas organized and presentable

Requirements:

Confident and competent speaking on the phone

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable transportation between both locations

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Prior front desk or patient coordination experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
