Healthpark Medical Center Cardiac Decision Unit is looking for a smiling face with customer service experience to work full-time in the hospital setting. If you are outgoing and upbeat this Patient Care Liaison is for you! You must enjoy working with people and have a caring attitude! In addition, good computer skills and the ability to remain organized while handling multiple priorities and top skills to land this position. Hospital or medical field experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Summary

Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow. Responsible for a variety of clerical and non-clerical duties that support the overall operations of the nursing unit as well as the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.
