Patient Care Coordinator - Cardiac Catheterization Services

Work Hours

Regular Full-Time (Req. #2025-303) Usually Monday to Friday, day shift. Must be accessible to respond for operational needs 24-hours daily for 7-days a week. Periodically extended hours or a modified schedule may be required. Must be flexible on work hours.

Description of Position

Responsible for all aspects of departmental operations including budgeting, planning, staffing setting and meeting goals. Is also responsible to ensure the services that are provided are in accordance with all state and federal regulatory requirements. Facilitates and fosters collaborative relationships between administration and staff, and has twenty-four (24) hour accountability for compliance to patient care standards. Works collaboratively with all departments and the medical staff to achieve and maintain quality patient care in a cost effective manner, and promotes teamwork among all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with current Hawaii Registered Nurse license, required. Minimum three years management experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required, with recertification once every two years

Salary Range

$150,000 -- $160,000
