There is an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Access \xe2\x80\x93 Registration/Reception Supervisor. This position requires the employee to be able to provide coverage in each of the ESA locations and the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
5 years patient access \xe2\x80\x93 registration/reception experience and have 2 years of supervisory experience
Must be proficient in MS office, computers and communication technologies
Must possess excellent communication skills with superb Customer Service skills
Must possess the ability to recognize and improve operations, processes and setting high levels of expectations and being able to gain acceptance with process improvements
Mentoring staff to maximize their potentials
Run and review various daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed by CAO
Assign staff duties and shift schedules and adjust as needed
Investigate complaints and take corrective actions as needed
Ensure staff time records are accurate
Assist staff through problem and resolution processes
