Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a baker! This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our baked goods and food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety.
Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes at early hours of the day . Decorate pastries Assist in food production tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation tasks. Baker shift starts at 12AM
Skills
Proven experience in baking techniques. Strong background in food production and preparation within the food industry. Knowledge of bread fermentation Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a bakery Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
