The pastry assistant's job is to help with basics tasks within the pastry department, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Further training and additional tasks can be added depending on performance and willingness to learn.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM (hours are subject to change depending on season)
Responsibilities:
The pastry assistant has the following responsibilities and duties:
Help with daily production of pastry products
Maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
The pastry assistant should have the following skills, abilities and experience:
Punctuality
Be able to lift up to 50 bs
Be able to stand for extended periods of time
Work in a clean and efficient manner
Good communication skills
Be able to work with a team
Pass the food handler certification
Compensation:
Start pay of $18 per hour
