Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Party Host to create memorable experiences for guests at our event venue. The ideal candidate will excel in guest engagement, event coordination, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring parties and events run smoothly and guests have a fantastic time. A background in hospitality, event management, or entertainment is preferred, along with a passion for creating fun and engaging atmospheres.

Duties

Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event Host event/parties, including setup and cleanup before and after parties Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and ensure a positive experience for all attendees Assist with food and beverage service as needed and order management Uphold safety protocols. Ensure all event areas are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

Skills

Strong background guest services Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Experience with children's activities or entertainment is highly desirable Public speaking abilities to engage guests and facilitate activities confidently Hospitality experience within resorts or theater settings is a plus Knowledge of food service operations to assist with catering or snack stations Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 - 24.0 per week
