Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during various events, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a passion for working with children and families in a fun environment.

Duties

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including setup, execution, and cleanup. Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event. Manage activities and entertainment to ensure a fun and engaging atmosphere for all participants. Handle cash transactions accurately during events, ensuring proper accounting of funds. Address any conflicts or issues that arise during events with professionalism and poise. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests. Utilize public speaking skills to engage with guests and facilitate activities effectively. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially when working with children or in pool areas if lifeguard experience is applicable.

Experience

Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service background, particularly in guest services or food service environments. Experience working with children is highly desirable, along with any relevant lifeguard training if applicable. Skills in conflict management to effectively resolve issues as they arise during events. Familiarity with theater or resort environments can be beneficial but is not required. Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate clearly with guests and facilitate activities.
