Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable

part-time team member

who's comfortable working both

in the canopy and on the ground

. Some days you'll be climbing and rigging, other days you'll be on the ropes, chipping brush, or supporting removals. Perfect for someone who wants steady outdoor work, flexible hours, and a crew that actually enjoys what they do.

Responsibilities

Assist with tree removals, pruning, and cleanup Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools Climb trees (when needed) using proper safety gear and technique Support the crew with rigging and ground operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

Requirements

Prior experience in tree work (climbing or ground support) preferred Must be reliable, teachable, and safety-minded Comfortable with physical outdoor work Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus) Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.93 - $28.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
