Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly in-person and by phone
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Keep the lobby, kitchen, and supply areas clean and stocked
Restock and monitor copiers/printers
Assist in packaging and coordinating pickup of client tax returns
Help with event prep (occasional team lunches, holiday gatherings, etc.)
Support facility-related tasks such as placing service calls or accepting deliveries
Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable with office equipment and basic technology
Dependable and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Part-time with flexible hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM preferred)
