Job Description
We are seeking a PART-TIME Property Manager to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
Show units and take applications Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Enforce property rules and regulations Collect and deposit rent
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management Familiarity with residential leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week
