Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator

Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications

At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required). 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

Bilingual - Spanish Speaking


Schedule

Part Time + Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 7pm
+ 16 hours per week

Compensation



Pay Range: $17-$18 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
