Empathetic Closer + People Connector At Springs Law Group, we help injured people get their lives back after a crash or injury. Every call we take is from someone who's been hurt through no fault of their own -- scared, frustrated, and unsure what to do next. That's where you come in. We're looking for an empathetic closer -- someone who listens with compassion, connects quickly, and helps people take action. This role blends heart and hustle: you'll be part of a supportive, driven team that values great communication, genuine care, and top-tier customer service. Responsibilities: What You'll Do o Be the first point of contact for potential clients after an accident. o Listen to their story, show empathy, and help them feel seen and heard. o Confidently close new client sign-ups by guiding them through the next steps. o Manage and document all calls and communications accurately in our case system (Filevine experience a plus). o Follow up with potential clients who haven't yet signed to ensure no opportunity is missed. o Collaborate with a fun, supportive team that celebrates wins together. Qualifications: Who You Are o A sales-driven communicator who connects easily with people. o Experienced in sales, intake, or customer service (2+ years preferred). o Empathetic and confident -- you know how to close with compassion. o Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized under pressure. o Comfortable with technology and phone-based conversations.
