Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients seeking legal services
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for legal staff
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail distribution
Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times
Provide general information about the firm's services to clients and visitors
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal or administrative training is a plus
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal software is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
