We are a different kind of law firm, working to serve our clients in Hampden County and throughout Massachusetts. Our focus is on criminal defense and family law. We represent low-to-moderate income individuals who could not otherwise afford an attorney.

Our mission is to serve the underserved. To accomplish this mission we provide dedicated representation and offer sliding-scale fees to our clients. We continue to create best-possible outcomes for our clients through a commitment to service and a deep understanding of the legal system.

What we need:

We are currently looking for attorneys dedicated to representing low-income individuals. *Please note, this is NOT a full-time employment role. We are strictly looking for attorneys to work as independent contractors. The work will be based at your current office. This is an opportunity to expand your current streams of revenue and serve the people who need you the most.

Attorneys must have a minimum of 2 years of criminal and/or family law litigation experience. All interested attorneys should submit a resume and brief description of their recent experience.

Requirements

To be considered, Attorneys must possess the following:

Active license in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers A minimum of 2 years criminal and/or family law litigation experience Liability insurance: $100,000/$300,000 limits Ability to work independently Strong desire to help low-income individuals
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $180.00 per hour
