Specialized roofing & real estate company seeking a highly organized part-time assistant to help with communication, scheduling, and general operations. Most work can be done remotely, but you must be local for occasional onsite tasks (1-2x/week).
Responsibilities:
Manage emails, scheduling, and follow-ups
Draft routine communications (owner will approve at first)
Organize photos, proposals, materials, and job folders
Order materials and coordinate deliveries
Light tenant communication (non-urgent)
Track estimates, invoices, and deadlines
Occasional onsite tasks: job-site photos, scanning, errands
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable with email, PDFs, Google Drive, and basic office tech
Reliable, discreet, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license + ability to run local errands
Construction or property management experience is a plus but not required
