We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help our growing team stay organized, efficient, and client-focused. This role is perfect for someone who loves real estate, thrives in a small-team environment, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office operations and communication between agents, clients, and vendors
Manage and update CRM systems, transaction files, and client databases
Assist with listing coordination, marketing materials, and social media scheduling
Track expenses, handle invoices, and assist with light bookkeeping
Plan and organize client events, gifting programs, and community initiatives
Maintain office supplies, scheduling, and other administrative logistics
Help improve internal systems and checklists for greater efficiency
Occasionally assist with client deliveries or property appointments as needed
Qualifications
2-4 years of administrative or operations experience (real estate preferred)
Working knowledge of real estate contracts, offers, disclosures, and related documents, with the ability to manage transaction files accurately from start to finish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with CRMs, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools
Positive, solutions-oriented, and dependable
Real estate license a plus (or willingness to pursue within 90 days)
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (occasional evenings/weekends for events)
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience
