We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to service

two small office buildings

located just

10 minutes apart

in the Lanham and Bowie area. This is the perfect role for someone seeking steady, part-time income in a stress-free environment.

Cleaning Schedule

Lanham Office:

Monday through Friday Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per cleaning

Bowie Office:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per cleaning
Start any time after

4:30 PM

and

set your own schedule

within the evening window.
You'll clean office areas, restrooms, and common spaces.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn

$700-$800 per month

Bi-monthly pay:

$350-$400 on 1st and 15th

Paid Holidays

No taxes withheld (1099 contractor)

Opportunities for pay increases after 90 days

of consistent performance
