indoor and outdoor areas
, ensuring that residents and visitors always experience well-kept spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain outdoor areas such as patios, entryways, and walkways.
Perform cleaning inside apartments as needed (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens).
Maintain shared/common areas, including hallways, stair landings, and lobbies.
Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas.
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or supply shortages to management.
Follow cleaning and safety procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
Qualifications
Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and pride in creating a clean environment.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Reliability and punctuality are a must.
