Key Responsibilities
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and shared spaces
Sweep, mop, and maintain hard and soft flooring surfaces
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and mats
Dust and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and high-touch areas
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards
Minimum Requirements
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings
Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
Preferred Skills & Qualities
Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Positive, professional attitude
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, but not required
