In-Home Behavioral Therapist

As part of a growing agency, we are now providing additional services for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home setting. A variety of locations per employee preference include the Hartford, Bristol, Middletown, and the surrounding areas.



Lotus Family Behavioral Services is seeking enthusiastic individuals with experience to provide support for children and youth with developmental or emotional needs. In-home child or youth supports requirements.



Experience implementing treatment plans

Practice with collecting and graphing behavior data

Knowledge in positive programming / skill building

Knowledge of fostering a safe emotional environment

Works effectively with parents/caregivers on how to help children or youth learn new skills

Has patience when interacting with clients

Able to work independently and have a flexible working schedule

Autism experience preferred


Hours include after-school hours.
