Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Assist with banquet services and catering events as required. Make bar apps and pizzas Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
