Job Summary DIVERSIFIED HEALTH SERVICES is a local, family-owned insurance agency. With over 25 years in business, we provide services and products to the Senior Medicare market.
We have immediate part-time openings for outbound call center representative. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and build success for the future. Someone whose core values are aligned with the culture of the organization. This is a good fit for someone with excellent attendance, not afraid of outbound calling and has the ability to engage customers over the phone.

In this position you will be expected to:
- Cold call prospective customers to schedule appointments for our in house agents.
- Use the tools we provide to achieve results.
- Have realistic goals to meet performance expectations and earn incentives.
- Receive support and resources provided for your success.
- Working conditions in an office environment, sitting at least 80% of the time.
