Interactive College of Technology (ICT), an accredited 2-year degree granting institution, is currently accepting candidates for an Appointment Setter position at our Newport campus. The primary responsibility of the Appointment Setting Representative is to validate leads that are received from Outreach and other sources by contacting and setting appointments for interviews with an Admissions Associate or Campus Director on campus and continue to work with leads that may not be immediately ready to commit to an appointment for an interview as of present.
Through telephone contact sets appointments with prospective students
Thoroughly and properly work all leads available in order to maximize enrollment results.
Adheres to the assigned scripts and maintains professional telephone etiquette. (Calls may be monitored and recorded).
Maintain a work schedule of 16-20 hours per week.
Completes and submits accurate report on time or as requested.
Maintains an accurate lead count with a weekly reconciliation on Thursday.
Completes all reports for end of week summary.
Organizes and prioritizes leads and documents the current status of all leads.
Achieves the minimum position requirements and strives for consistent improvement.
All appointments scheduled will be submitted to the campus director at the end of the shift.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Must possess the following qualities:
Have excellent telephone skills.
Have basic computer skills.
Some level of college completed (degree preferred).
Be willing to work evenings and occasional Satudays.
Some past sales experience preferred.
Willingness to cold call to generate leads.
