Parts Sales Specialist

, you'll be the go-to expert helping customers find the right parts for their equipment! You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and supporting our operations team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in industrial parts, technical services, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

What You'll Do

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts

Provide expert advice on product compatibility and specifications

Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery or pickup

while ensuring customers are informed of the status

Sell and promote products as well as complementary items

Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers

Collaborate with the services team and other departments to resolve inquiries

Generate quotes, analyze sales data, and meet performance goals.

Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.

Among other responsibilities

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred) Experience in sales, preferably industrial or technical parts Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing Familiarity with inventory and sales software Ability to learn technical product specs quickly Problem-solving and customer experience mindset
