Job Title:

Parts Counter Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the necessary parts and accessories for Ford vehicles. Provide expert advice on parts features, specifications, and availability to ensure customers receive the best solutions for their needs. Efficiently and accurately process parts orders, transactions, and returns. Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Work collaboratively with the parts manager and other team members to achieve department goals and exceed customer expectations. Handle phone inquiries and promptly follow up on customer requests. Contribute to the dealership's high customer satisfaction ratings by consistently providing outstanding service.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an automotive parts department, with a preference for familiarity with Ford vehicles. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and a genuine interest in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in automotive services are a plus. A valid driver's license is required.
