Shearer Volkswagen is seeking a

Parts Consultant

What You'll Do

Help customers in person, over the phone, and with our service technicians to find and order the correct parts. Check in deliveries, manage stock levels, and process returns accurately. Track backorders and coordinate daily parts deliveries and pickups. Support our service and sales departments by ensuring parts are ready and available when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department. Stay current on Volkswagen parts systems, products, and dealership standards.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Prior automotive or parts experience preferred, but

we're willing to train the right person
