We're hiring a Maintenance Assistant - a hands-on team member who helps ensure our community is safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. This role blends technical skill, attention to detail, and a heart for service.

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the community in excellent condition
Support safety, cleanliness, and functionality across all areas of the property
Work under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations
Assist with repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of maintenance experience in hospital, institutional, or multi-unit residential settings
Effective communicator in verbal and written English
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
Comfortable working around animals and pets
