EcoPure Cleaners LLC is a Brooklyn-based residential cleaning company offering non-toxic, eco-friendly services throughout Brooklyn and Queens. We focus on providing safer home cleaning using high-quality products, simple checklists, and respectful communication.

We're a 90% virtual company--communication, scheduling, onboarding, and training are all managed online. You'll perform cleanings in person but stay connected with the team using your smartphone.

This role is best for someone open to lighter hours at first. Weekly hours typically range from

10-15 to start

based on performance and demand.

About the Role

This is a part-time cleaning role. There's no fixed schedule, but

you must be available Monday through Friday

, with shifts scheduled during the windows listed below.

We begin with a

paid trial cleaning shift

under a W-9 classification. If the trial goes well, you'll move into a W-2 employee role with weekly pay, training, and company tools provided.

Your Responsibilities

Arrive on time and be dependable

Clean residential homes with professionalism and attention to detail Upload before-and-after photos only (no checklist required) Travel to jobs using public transit, walking, or a personal car Follow PPE and safety protocols (booties, gloves, and mask provided after hire) Work independently while following company standards

Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts may be assigned Weekly hours may vary from

A Car is Strongly Preferred

We use a luggage or duffel bag system to transport tools and products. Having a car makes this much easier--especially once hired. MTA commuters may still be considered, but

access to a car is a strong plus

Online Onboarding Required

Onboarding is 100% online You must be comfortable using your smartphone to upload documents and access Google Drive All communication and scheduling happens via phone

Requirements

2+ years of

professional residential cleaning

experience (not hotel or janitorial) Comfortable working solo or in small teams Reliable transportation across Brooklyn and Queens Able to use a smartphone for photo uploads and communication Physically able to bend, lift, and climb stairs Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
