We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient front desk operations, guest relations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
SHIFTS TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 2-8
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries via phone and in person
Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and reporting
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
