Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. All equipment, cleaners etc., is provided.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards. Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, window washing, and restroom sanitation. Assist with residential painting and minor facilities maintenance as needed. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in rental cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Must have a valid drivers license Must have own transportation
