Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.
    • Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed.
    • Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office.
    • Monitor and record information of vehicles parked in parking lot
    • Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.
    • Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner.
    • Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location.
    • Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed.
    • Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility.
    • Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager if and when needed.
    • Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.



Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance checklists.
  • Other special projects as assigned by location management.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
    • High school degree or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
    • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work in a team environment, interacting with other employees in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with the parking customer, providing resolution as needed to customer issues.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:
the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objectsup to 25lbs.
Work Environment:
the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
