The Housekeeper/Porter will provide general maintenance and housekeeping duties for the facility.



Essential Functions


Provide housekeeping services such as: vacuuming office area & conference rooms, empty trash, clean up after lunch meals/parties, clean the kitchen area (tables, refrigerators, microwave, empty trash, wipe counters, stock supplies \xe2\x80\x93 coffee, napkins,\xe2\x80\xa6); Clean bathrooms: sweep, mop, cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, stock seat covers, toilet paper, soap, towels, order and maintain sufficient inventory. Perform other job related tasks as assigned.


Change light bulbs, patch walls, dusting, cobwebs, paint, general ground light maintenance (parking lot) and other minor facility / housekeeping tasks as assigned.


Order and maintain inventory for PPE, Alcohol, Clean Wipes and housekeeping supplies, Replace tracking mats


Operate floor scrubber and set up meeting rooms as needed.


Conduct fire extinguisher monthly check and ensure fire extinguishers are current and operable
