is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of parking and bicycle facilities across the organization. This role ensures accurate physical inventories, maintains detailed reports, and delivers high-quality customer service to facility users. The Parking Operations Technician contributes to safety, efficiency, and accessibility within Agile Dream Team's transportation and parking infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date
physical inventory
of all bicycle and parking facilities.
Prepare and submit routine reports on
pedestrian and bicycle access programs
according to established schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, or annual).
Respond to and document
customer inquiries and support calls
received through the Parking Operations Control Center.
Provide courteous, timely, and effective
customer service
to users of parking and bicycle facilities.
Record and track all transactions, service calls, and operational data for performance monitoring.
Assist in identifying maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Collaborate with operations and facilities management to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Support the implementation of initiatives to enhance accessibility and efficiency in parking operations.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Entry-level position requiring a minimum of
1 year of experience
in bicycle or parking operations.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting; familiarity with parking systems or facility management tools preferred.
Residency:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to
Washington D.C.
(on-site position).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
