Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. No experience required. Valid texas class C driver\'s license. : To provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations.
Job Duties:
- Maintains the appearance of the parking facilities by picking up trash, cleaning and monitoring.
- Assists supervisors and maintenance team with equipment maintenance.
- Assists Senior Parking Controllers by reporting parking infractions in parking garages and lots.
- Assists staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information.
- Submits daily activity reports.
- Reports damages and maintenance issues to in garages and lots to Senior Parking Controllers and management
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Equipment: Cleaning and landscaping equipment, occasionally office equipment, and state vehicles.
Working Environment: Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Salary Range: Actual salary based on experience
