Entry-Level Position - Construction / Finishing
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual interested in building a career in the finishing and construction trades. You'll work directly with the owner and an experienced team, learning the trade through hands-on work in a professional, detail-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of finishing and construction tasks Work safely at heights Move and position ladders up to 32' unassisted Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow instructions carefully and demonstrate strong attention to detail
Primary Work Areas
Projects are located throughout
Bayfield, Washburn, and Ashland
, with frequent work onMadeline Island
. Some travel may be required. Background checks are conducted for all new hires.Preferred (Not Required) Skills
Experience with hand tools Painting, drywall, or plaster work Trim carpentry or finishing work Basic carpentry and math skills
